Play money - digital illustration
I made some pretend money for my little ones and thought I'd post them as a free download to those of you with kids who would like something other then monopoly money to play with. These ones are bilingual (French/English). Enjoy! Just click on the image and save to your computer to print.
My illustration for this weeks Illustration Friday. Earlier then usual, I guess I felt inspired. This is Meadow after EVERY hike we take her on...we call her Swamp Thing.

Focused - pen and digital
My submission for this weeks Illustration Friday. It's just a quick doodle. Maybe when I have a little more time I will make it a clean illustrations, although I kind of like the sketchiness of this.
Here is something fun to do to pass the time with the little ones... Dress your dog in as many hats as possible! Fun for us, that is, not so much for the pup. Meadow got lots of love and treats after this, so no worries!

Meadow in Text digital version - digital illustration
Clearly couldn't let this idea go until I had done it properly :) So much fun, I just want to do more illustrations like this now!
Meadow in Text - felt pen
I always have illustrations of the cats, so here is one of Meadow so she is not left out! I plan to do this one digitally when I get a spare minute, I think it would look nice as a clean illustration. I love playing with text :)

Paintings in Elliott's room
Here they are hung on his wall. makes for cute baby room art I think!
Hedwig - acrylic paint and paper
Pigwidgeon - acrylic paint and paper
I wanted to a Harry Potter -esk theme in my baby boy's room, but wanted to make it younger, more appropriate for a small child ... I just love the colours and characters in the movies. So I have the owls going up on his wall, and am working on a long red train to go into his room as well. My very talented sister made some curtains to follow this theme.

Amélie and Elliott's Winter Wonderland - digital illustration
I did this project as a Christmas present for family. It's a 6 part illustration of my little ones, that makes one big winter scape.
